Once an Employee selects the option to withdraw a specific amount from their earned salary and makes a transaction using the EZ Wage application, the amount will be automatically transferred to their bank account or e-wallet from the EZ Wage Bank Account.

Keeping in mind these kinds of situations, EZ Wage disburses only 50% of the earned salaries. This policy acts as a buffer in such situations to safeguard the company’s interests.

The EZ Wage platform should ideally be used to onboard employees who are permanent and trusted enough to transfer their earned salaries during the ongoing month.

For daily wagers EZ Wage allows the authorization by the employer. Once the day is complete, their salaries will come to the employer/ HR team for approval. Only after authorization, can they be withdrawn using the EZ Wage application.

The decision to allow employees earned wage access lies totally with the employer. The employer communicates to the EZ Wage team if the contractual employees will be advanced their salaries before pay day.If the employer allows contractual employees to be included amongst those who have been granted access to their earned wages, they can easily withdraw their desired amount using the EZ Wage mobile application like the other authorised permanent employees.

The HR team of the company works in close coordination with EZ Wage’s team. Once the company blocks/disables the employee on the portal given to it, the employee cannot withdraw any amount afterwards unless the company activates/ enables them at the back end again. The flagged employees are put on an authorization process every time they want to withdraw the amount.

No, your HR department doesn’t need to approve every transaction.In Fact EZ Wage requires little to no  involvement from the company’s side once approvals have been set up.However your HR team can always set approvals for specific employees if they are unsure of their status.

Ideally, we recommend updating it whenever there is a need to update your employees’ details and/or status on the portal based on the information available with your HR department.

The EZ Wage platform supports all employees, however you can use it only for a selected base of trusted or well-performing employees as well.

The EZ Wage platform is very flexible and offers multiple options to use the platform. You can select all employees, choose specific employees, or disable or enable certain employees anytime in the system as per the needs of the dynamic company environment. It’s just a matter of updating the portal at the back end.

Yes, for now we have a maximum threshold of  $150,000/- but this is subject to informed changes in the future.

The minimum salary bracket under consideration is $10,000/-

You will reimburse the advances withdrawn by your employees, according to your company’s Payroll disbursement date, once a month.

For now, EZ Wage is only dealing with the earned salaries, but  going forward EZ Wage can allow such bonuses and perks to be accessed too, given that both the employer and EZ Wage mutually agree to it.

The EZ Wage platform only supports online bank transfers to bank accounts and to e-wallets. We do require employees to open accounts with the aforementioned facilities if they wish to get their accrued salaries transferred via EZ Wage.

No, in fact this is one of the best reasons to switch to EZ Wage! You do not need to change anything regarding your existing systems and payroll processes, not even your employees’ bank accounts! EZ Wage allows them to withdraw their earned salaries which are directly transferred to their existing accounts.

Yes, the EZ Wage platform enables seamless integration with the HRMS system utilising APIs.

If the employer has no existing human resource management system in place, EZ Wage requires them to upload the employees’ information in Excel/CSV format.

Yes, the EZ Wage platform can be integrated with these systems via APIs or webhooks quite easily.
